Role
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio in both graphic design and video creation. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating visual content for social media, websites, and other marketing platforms, as well as expertise in collateral development and brand design. A background in working with Webflow and Figma is highly desirable.
What you’ll do
- Graphic & Video Creation: Develop high-quality visual content, including graphics, animations, and videos for social media, marketing websites, and blogs. Ensure that all visuals are engaging, on-brand, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
- Webflow & Figma Integration: Work with Figma designs to seamlessly transition assets to Webflow for web-based projects, ensuring design consistency and optimised user experience. Familiarity with Webflow design and development processes is a strong advantage.
- Collateral Development: Create marketing collateral, sales decks (PowerPoint), and presentations to support sales and marketing efforts. Design appealing and functional layouts for various print and digital materials.
- Brand Guidelines: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines. Develop visual assets that adhere to the brand’s identity and help shape the company’s visual language across platforms.
- Social Media & Web Content: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce compelling graphics for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital channels.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute ideas that support the brand's storytelling, messaging, and positioning.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic and video creation skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere pro, etc.), and video editing software will be plus.
- Experience working with Webflow for designing or developing marketing websites is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating collateral for websites, social media, blogs, and other marketing materials.
- Knowledge of brand guidelines development is ideal, with experience contributing to or managing visual identity systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work quality.
Preferred Experience:
- 1-2+ years of graphic design experience in a marketing or creative agency setting.
- Experience creating sales presentations, PPT decks, or other materials that support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Familiarity with best practices for digital content, social media, and web-based marketing materials.
