Sources are knowledge bodies on which you can coach your Assistants. When you add a Source document to a workspace, it becomes a part of the list on which all Assistants can be trained.
- Choose an Assistant for coaching from list of created Assistants
- View the Sources that the Assistant is not yet trained on. The toggle button against that Source will be in the ‘off’ position.
- Confirm initiation of the coaching process.
- The coaching process will be initiated. The Source training status will now show ‘In Progress’ and will run in the background.
- The training status will be switched ‘On’ when the process is complete.
Try adding more such Sources to your satisfaction. You can then ask this Assistant any questions related to the newly added Sources.
